From Aleppo, this visit reaffirmed Rahma Worldwide’s commitment to moving beyond immediate relief toward creating sustainable impact by investing in people and equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to unlock new opportunities.
During his visit to Rahma Worldwide’s office in Aleppo, Dr. Shadi Zaza inaugurated the Tamkeen Center for Training, Capacity Building, and Empowerment and reviewed a range of programs and initiatives designed to support youth and women, enhance access to education and training, and strengthen pathways to employment.
With every skill gained comes a new opportunity.
And with every opportunity comes a step toward greater independence, stability, and a brighter future.

وخلال زيارته لمكتب المنظمة في حلب، افتتح الدكتور شادي ظاظا مركز "تمكين" للتدريب والتأهيل وبناء القدرات" واطّلع على البرامج والمشاريع التي تسهم في دعم الشباب والنساء وتعزيز فرصهم في التعليم والتدريب والانخراط في سوق العمل.
في كل مهارة تُكتسب، فرصة جديدة.
وفي كل فرصة، خطوة نحو الاستقلال والاستقرار.
