From Aleppo, where stories of determination and ambition continue to emerge, Dr. Shadi Zaza, President of Rahma Worldwide, inaugurated the Tamkeen Center for Training, Capacity Building, and Empowerment, an initiative designed to provide young people and women with new opportunities to develop skills and build a more stable and independent future.

During his visit to Rahma Worldwide’s office in Aleppo, Dr. Zaza reviewed the organization's ongoing humanitarian and development programs, emphasizing the importance of investing in people as the foundation of sustainable development.

The Tamkeen Center offers a wide range of programs in vocational training, capacity building, personal development, and workforce readiness, creating opportunities that transform aspirations into practical steps toward a brighter future.

Because meaningful support goes beyond meeting immediate needs, it empowers individuals to create opportunities for themselves and build lives of greater dignity, stability, and self-reliance for themselves and their families.

وخلال زيارته لمكتب المنظمة في مدينة حلب، اطّلع على سير العمل والبرامج الإنسانية والتنموية التي تنفذها المنظمة، مؤكدًا أهمية الاستثمار في الإنسان باعتباره الركيزة الأساسية لأي تنمية مستدامة.

ويقدّم مركز "تمكين" برامج متنوعة في التدريب المهني، وبناء القدرات، والتطوير الشخصي، والتأهيل لسوق العمل، ليكون مساحةً تصنع الفرص وتحوّل الطموحات إلى خطوات عملية نحو مستقبل أفضل.
