The Syrian Development Fund

The Syrian Development Fund is a national economic institution established by Presidential Decree No. (112) of 2025, dedicated to rebuilding Syria and securing a prosperous future for all Syrians. As an entity with financial and administrative independence directly linked to the Presidency, they devote their efforts to leading the path of sustainable development in the country.

Our Areas of Impact

Rahma Worldwide and the Syrian Development Fund are dedicated to rebuilding Syria by investing in three essential pillars: health, education, and food security.  

Food Security:

More than $1 million has been donated for sustainable farming, livestock, and rural development initiatives that strengthen self-sufficiency and empower people through support for the agricultural sector, which is essential to Syria's stability.  

Health:

With around $140,000 in donations, the healthcare industry is working to improve community well-being by increasing access to healthcare, upgrading infrastructure, and incorporating modern medical technologies.  

Education:

To create a generation capable of influencing Syria's future, more than $200,000 has been invested in education, including improvements to school and university facilities, teacher training, and research projects.  When taken as a whole, these initiatives create the foundation for a more educated, healthy, and food-secure Syria.
