At the Rahma Training and Empowerment Center in Aleppo, Syria, and as part of the Aleppo Pride of All campaign, 20 young women and men are participating in a Financial Accounting Training Program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and the practical demands of today's job market.

Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practice, participants develop essential accounting skills, gain real-world experience, and build the confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.

في مركز رحمة للتدريب والتمكين بمدينة حلب في سوريا، وضمن حملة حلب ست الكل، يشارك 20 شابًا وشابة في برنامج تدريبي متخصص في المحاسبة المالية يهدف إلى ردم الفجوة بين المعرفة الأكاديمية ومتطلبات سوق العمل، وتمكينهم بالمهارات العملية اللازمة لبناء مستقبلهم المهني.

ويجمع البرنامج بين الجانب النظري والتطبيق العملي، بما يتيح للمشاركين اكتساب الخبرة، وصقل مهاراتهم المحاسبية، وتعزيز ثقتهم بقدراتهم استعدادًا للانخراط في سوق العمل بكفاءة.
