When Eid Reaches the Forgotten - 50 Qurbani 1,923 Lives Touched

For some families living in displacement camps, the question this Eid was not, “What will we eat?”
It was, “Will there be anything on the table at all?”
In the displacement camps of Marib, Yemen, the “Qurbani Rahma 2026” project brought a different kind of moment to hundreds of families living through difficult circumstances where joy can often feel out of reach.
Through the distribution of meat from 115 Qurbani sacrifices, 460 displaced and vulnerable families were able to share in the blessings of Eid and enjoy a meaningful meal with their loved ones.
This was about more than food. It was a moment that reminded many families that Eid could still reach them, and that they had not been forgotten during a time when they needed support and compassion the most.
Because of your generosity, these Qurbani sacrifices brought more than meals to the table; they carried comfort, reassurance, and a sense of being remembered.
460 families... and 460 reminders that hope can still find its way, even in the most difficult circumstances.

في بعض الخيام، لم يكن السؤال هذا العيد: ماذا سنأكل؟
بل: هل سيكون هناك ما نضعه على المائدة أصلًا؟
في مخيمات النزوح بمحافظة مأرب، وصل مشروع "أضاحينا رحمة 2026" ليمنح مئات العائلات لحظة مختلفة وسط ظروفٍ لا تترك مساحة كبيرة للفرح.
ومن خلال توزيع لحوم 115 أضحية، استفادت 460 أسرة نازحة ومتعففة، لتدخل فرحة العيد إلى خيامٍ اعتادت مواجهة الاحتياج يومًا بعد يوم.
لم تكن الأضاحي مجرد وجباتٍ غذائية، بل لحظة شعر فيها كثيرون أن العيد ما زال قادرًا على الوصول إليهم، وأن هناك من يتذكرهم في أيامٍ هم بأمسّ الحاجة فيها إلى من يشاركهم فرحتها.
بفضلكم، لم تصل الأضاحي إلى الموائد فحسب، بل وصل معها شعورٌ بالاهتمام والطمأنينة إلى القلوب.
460 أسرة... و460 لحظة أكدت أن الأمل ما زال يجد طريقه حتى في أصعب الظروف.
