A Basket, a Choice, a Moment of Relief

War does not only take what is large, it reaches into the smallest details of everyday life.

Amid everything these families have lost, a different moment emerged, one where they were able to hold their baskets and choose what they truly needed, as if briefly reclaiming a life that once felt ordinary.

Through $100 shopping vouchers, they were given a simple yet meaningful right: to decide their own needs for themselves.

Through Rahma Worldwide, this humanitarian effort was delivered, turning support into a space of dignity and choice at a time deeply affected by war. With generous support from a donor in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, a small moment of relief was created amid overwhelming hardship. Even in what war takes away, there are still moments that can restore a sense of life.

الحرب لا تأخذ فقط ما هو كبير بل تمتد لتسرق أبسط تفاصيل الحياة.

في ظل ما سلبته الأيام من هذه العائلات، جاءت لحظة مختلفة ,لحظة استطاعوا فيها أن يمسكوا سلالهم ويختاروا ما يحتاجونه بأنفسهم، وكأنهم يستعيدون شيئًا من حياة كانت يومًا عادية.

من خلال قسائم شرائية بقيمة 100 دولار، أُتيحت لهم الفرصة لاستعادة حقٍ بسيط لكنه عميق: أن يقرروا احتياجاتهم بأنفسهم.

ومن خلال منظمة رحمة حول العالم، تم إيصال هذه الرسالة الإنسانية، وتحويل الدعم إلى مساحة من الكرامة والاختيار في وقتٍ أنهكته الحرب. وبدعمٍ كريم من فاعل خير من المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وُلدت في هذه اللحظات مساحة صغيرة من الطمأنينة وسط ثقل ما فرضته الحرب. رغم كل ما سلبته الحرب ما زالت هناك لحظات قادرة على إعادة شيءٍ من الحياة.
