خمسُ سنواتٍ من النزوح والانتظار. تجسد "زهرة" صلابة الأم التي ترفض الاستسلام رغم قسوة النزوح ومرض زوجها الشديد، إذ تعمل جاهدة في خدمة المنازل لتوفير أدنى مقومات الحياة، لكنها غالباً ما تقف عاجزة أمام طلبات أطفالها البسيطة أو تأمين الدقيق والزيت.
