In its ongoing effort to foster a responsible and transparent work environment, Rahma Worldwide has launched the first internal training for its team in Syria which took place in Aleppo office, as part of a series focused on procurement management, with the goal of empowering the team to implement international policies and donor requirements in a way that upholds the highest standards of integrity.

Investing in this institutional framework is, in essence, an investment in the social and economic security that Syria needs today and in the future.

في سياق سعيها لترسيخ بيئة عمل مسؤولة وشفافة، أطلقت رحمة حول العالم أول تدريب داخلي لفريقها في سوريا ضمن مركز رحمة التدريبي في مدينة حلب، ليكون ضمن سلسلة تدريبات موجهة إلى إدارة المشتريات، واضعةً نصب عينيها تمكين الفريق من تطبيق السياسات الدولية ومقتضيات المانحين على نحوٍ يحقق أعلى مستويات النزاهة. إنّ الاستثمار في هذه البنية المؤسسية هو استثمار في الأمان الاجتماعي والاقتصادي الذي تحتاجه سوريا اليوم وغداً.
