From the heart of beloved Daraa, in southern Syria, we were there on the second day of Eid al-Adha, with our people who deserve all the love.

We came carrying hope, our hearts filled with compassion, to share with them the joy of Eid and the happiness of the Qurbanis. After the meat was carefully and thoughtfully prepared, it reached the homes of the families most in need, hoping it might bring a child’s smile or warmth to a dining table on one of these blessed days.

من قلب درعا الغالية، في جنوب سوريا،، كنا هناك في ثاني أيام عيد الأضحى المبارك، مع أهلنا الذين يستحقون كل الحب.

جئنا نحمل معنا الأمل، وقلوبنا مملوءة بالمحبة، لنشاركهم فرحة العيد وبهجة الأضاحي. بعد أن تم تجهيز اللحوم بعناية وحرص وصلت إلى بيوت الأسر الأشد حاجة، علّها تكون سببًا في بسمة طفل، أو دفء مائدة في يومٍ من أيام الخير.
