20 Women Complete Hands-On Concrete Craft Training

Every handcrafted piece created during this training represents more than a decorative item; it marks a step toward self-reliance and new opportunities. 

Rahma Center – Lebanon has successfully concluded its Concrete (Gypsum Crafting) Training Course, bringing together 20 women participants for a hands-on learning experience that combined creativity with practical skill-building.

Throughout the course, participants learned the fundamentals of working with concrete, including mold casting, finishing, coloring, and decorative techniques. By the end of the training, each participant had created unique decorative pieces that reflected her creativity and personal touch.

At Rahma, we believe empowering women begins with equipping them with practical skills. Through vocational training programs like this, we help open doors to entrepreneurship, sustainable livelihoods, and a more independent future.

اختُتمت دورة الكونكريت (الجبسين) في مركز رحمة – لبنان، بمشاركة 20 متدربة خضن تجربة تدريبية متكاملة جمعت بين التعلّم والتطبيق والإبداع.

تعرّفت المشاركات على أساسيات العمل بالكونكريت، وتعلّمن خطوات صبّ القوالب، والتشطيب، والتلوين، والتزيين، حتى نجحت كل متدربة في تنفيذ قطع ديكورية مميزة تحمل لمستها الخاصة وتعكس مهارتها المتنامية.

لأن تمكين المرأة يبدأ بامتلاك المهارة، نواصل في رحمة توفير برامج تدريبية تفتح آفاقًا جديدة للإنتاج، وتمنح المشاركات أدواتٍ حقيقية لبناء مستقبل أكثر استقرارًا واستقلالًا.
