In communities striving to rise and recover, young people remain the driving force behind meaningful change.
From our office in Aleppo, we organized a community leadership training that brought together ambitious youth to strengthen their skills in communication, teamwork, decision-making, and designing initiatives that respond to community needs.
The training was more than just theoretical sessions…
It was a space for interaction, discovering potential, and turning motivation into practical steps capable of creating real impact.
Because stronger communities are built by young people who have the awareness, confidence, and ability to take initiative.

من مكتبنا في حلب، أقمنا تدريبًا حول القيادة المجتمعية، جمع مجموعة من الشباب الطموحين لتطوير مهاراتهم في التواصل، والعمل الجماعي، واتخاذ القرار، وتصميم المبادرات التي تستجيب لاحتياجات المجتمع.
لم يكن التدريب مجرد جلسات نظرية…
بل مساحة للتفاعل، واكتشاف القدرات، وتحويل الحماس إلى خطوات عملية قادرة على صنع أثر حقيقي.
لأن المجتمعات الأقوى… تُبنى بشباب يمتلكون الوعي والقدرة على المبادرة.
