Seven Children Take a Step Toward a New Life

There are children who, to this day, still cannot hear. They do not hear their mother’s voice, their father’s call, or the laughter of their siblings around them!

As part of its ongoing efforts to support the medical and humanitarian sector, Rahma Worldwide – Syria / Aleppo, with support from JIGSAW, carried out a specialized initiative targeting seven children with hearing impairments by providing modern medical hearing aids to help them regain part of their lost world.

The activity was held at the organization’s office, with the participation of volunteers from the Ihsan Organization. It was accompanied by a warm humanitarian atmosphere, including recreational activities aimed at bringing joy to the children, easing their fears, and creating moments of safety and reassurance.

This intervention comes as part of Rahma Worldwide’s medical response strategy, rooted in the belief that restoring hearing is the beginning of a new life and an opportunity to open the doors of the future for children who deserve to hear the world again.

هناك أطفال ما زالوا حتى اليوم لا يسمعون. لا يسمعون صوت أمهم، ولا نداء أبيهم، ولا ضحكات إخوتهم من حولهم!

ضمن جهودها المستمرة في دعم القطاع الطبي والإنساني، نفذت رحمة حول العالم – سوريا / حلب وبدعم من منظمة JIGSAW، نشاطًا نوعيًا استهدف سبعة أطفال من ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، من خلال تأمين سماعات طبية حديثة تساعدهم على استعادة جزء من عالمهم المفقود.

وقد أُقيم النشاط في مكتب المنظمة، بمشاركة متطوعي منظمة إحسان، حيث رافقته أجواء إنسانية دافئة، تخللتها أنشطة ترفيهية هدفت إلى إدخال الفرح إلى قلوب الأطفال وتخفيف خوفهم وبناء لحظات من الأمان والطمأنينة.

هذا التدخل يأتي ضمن استراتيجية الاستجابة الطبية التي تتبناها رحمة حول العالم حيث نؤمن أن استعادة السمع هي بداية حياة جديدة، وفرصة لفتح أبواب المستقبل أمام أطفال يستحقون أن يسمعوا العالم من جديد.
