Aleppo is a city that has known civilization, and it has known pain as well. Long years of destruction left their marks on its homes and its people, but its spirit was never broken.

In 2018, Rahma Worldwide’s office in Aleppo was damaged, forcing our teams to leave the city. Yet our connection to Aleppo never ceased. We continued to serve its people in northern Syria during displacement, and today, after liberation, we return to reopen our office and be present once again from the heart of the city.

With the launch of the Aleppo Is Everyone’s City campaign, we renew our commitment to walk this path alongside the people of Aleppo through action and real work, believing that this city deserves healing, rebuilding, and a future worthy of its history and its people.

حلب مدينةٌ عرفت الحضارة، وعرفت الألم أيضاً. سنوات طويلة من الدمار تركت أثرها في بيوتها وناسها، لكن ما انكسر لم يكن روحها.

في عام 2018 تضرّر مكتب رحمة حول العالم في حلب، واضطرت فرقنا لمغادرة المدينة، لكن علاقتنا بحلب لم تنقطع يوماًخدمنا أهلها في الشمال السوري خلال التهجير، وعدنا اليوم بعد التحرير لنفتح مكتبنا من جديد ونكون حاضرين من قلب المدينة.

مع انطلاق حملة حلب ستّ الكل، نعود لنكمل الطريق مع أهل حلب بالفعل والعمل، إيماناً بأن هذه المدينة تستحق التعافي، والبناء، ومستقبلاً يليق بتاريخها وأهلها.
