On the sidelines of the "Tamkeen" Conference, organized by Rahma Worldwide in Damascus, we had the honor of a fruitful meeting that brought together Dr. Shadi Zhazha, president of the organization, his Deputy Mr. Adeeb Shuwaiki, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Halabi, Director of Rahma's office, with Her Excellency Dr. Hind Zeidan, Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Labor.
The meeting aimed to strengthen frameworks of strategic cooperation between civil society organizations and official governmental bodies. Discussions focused on ways to support and empower small projects, and to open new avenues for partnerships that serve vulnerable groups and effectively contribute to building a sustainable development environment in Syria.

على هامش فعاليات مؤتمر "تمكين"، الذي نظمته رحمة حول العالم في دمشق، كان لنا شرف لقاء مثمر جمع كلاً من الدكتور شادي ظاظا، رئيس المنظمة، ونائبه الأستاذ أديب شويكي، والسيد أحمد الحلبي، مدير مكتب رحمة، بمعالي الدكتورة هند زيدان، نائبة وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل.
هدف اللقاء إلى تعزيز أطر التعاون الاستراتيجي بين مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والجهات الحكومية الرسمية. وقد تم خلاله بحث سبل دعم وتمكين المشاريع الصغيرة، وفتح آفاق شراكات جديدة تخدم الفئات المستضعفة وتسهم بفاعلية في بناء بيئة تنموية مستدامة في سوريا.
