Through the remarkable efforts of Dr. Haitham Rizk, a leading vitreoretinal surgery consultant, this mission has brought life-changing care to patients whose sight had been stolen by war.
Despite working in conditions with almost no medical resources, Dr. Rizk successfully performed intricate procedures to help restore vision, alongside providing intensive medical consultations that led to exceptional outcomes—breathing life back into those who thought hope was lost.
