After overcoming a series of obstacles, six American doctors arrived in Gaza as part of the Rahma 36 mission, joining the frontlines in local hospitals without hesitation.
Today, Dr. Mark Brauner, a critical care specialist, shares with us the humanitarian role of this mission—taking place at a time when Gaza is facing intensified bombardment, severe access restrictions, and pressures that question even the very intent of humanitarian work.
They work quietly, far from the cameras and headlines, navigating immense security and logistical challenges—with one goal in mind: to save lives.
